Institutional Strengthening

Resource Futures International (RFI) works with national, regional and international institutions within government and the public and private sectors to strengthen their strategic and technical capabilities for management in a dynamic and competitive global environment. We work with managers and staff to:

  • Refine strategic institutional objectives in light of changing demands
  • Communicate needs for institutional change to staff and stakeholders (reducing barriers by creating allies for effective and efficient change)
  • Analyze key work functions and processes to align them with refined institutional objectives
  • Assess capacity gaps
  • Provide management coaching and staff training to meet new or revised objectives
  • Develop indicators for measuring and reporting progress
  • Communicate results to senior management, partners and stakeholders
