Resource Mobilization and Aid Programming
RFI assists clients to develop strategic resource mobilization and programming strategies that make the most pragmatic and efficient use of client and external funding resources in support of near and long-term programmes and activities. We provide this service across our thematic areas to help clients:
- Identify and quantify human and financial resources required for implementation of development programmes and plans (resource models and projections)
- Analyze resources available at the national and international level against stated priorities and investment requirements
- Analyze existing policy and budgetary approaches and mechanisms to assess how these align with stated priorities
- Identify additional financing opportunities (e.g., mechanisms and alliances)
- Consider options for mobilizing and maximizing resources above and beyond those currently employed
- Develop effective consultation processes and outreach strategies for mobilizing resources
RFI also provides technical training courses in proposal and grant writing in support of resource mobilization strategies for sustainable development.
