Welcome to our Site. These are our Terms & Conditions for use of the Site which you may access in several ways, including but not limited to the web, PDAs, mobile phones and RSS feeds. These Terms & Conditions apply whenever you access the Site, regardless of how you access the Site.

Australian Financial Publications (“AFP”) is the owner and operator of this Site.
Users of this Site (Users) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which are subject to change at AFP’s sole discretion. Your use of and access to this Site indicates your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, as they exist at that time.
All intellectual property in relation to content on this Site belongs to AFP or its licensors, advertisers or affiliates. You obtain no interest in that intellectual property. All content on this Site is protected by Australian and international copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not do anything which interferes with or breaches those laws or the intellectual property rights in the content.
The AFP logo, the logos of the AFP’s sites and the magazine mastheads on the AFP sites are registered trademarks of AFP or its related bodies corporate. Other trademarks may be displayed on the Site from time to time. These may belong to third parties. Nothing displayed on the Site should be construed as granting any licence or right of use of any logo, trademark or masthead displayed on the Site, without the express written permission of the relevant owner.
Liability & Indemnity
AFP does not exclude any rights and remedies in respect of goods or services under the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth) or equivalent State or Territory legislation which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. However, AFP excludes all rights, remedies, conditions and warranties in respect of goods or services from your use of the Site whether based in statute, common law or otherwise to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent possible:
(a) AFP does not warrant the accuracy of the content on the Site. The content is provided to you “as is” and on an “as available” basis and on the condition that you undertake all responsibility for assessing the accuracy of the content and rely on it at your own risk.
All content on the Site may be changed at AFP’s sole discretion and without notice.

(d) Liability of AFP, for any breach of a term or condition implied by law is limited at AFP’s discretion, to the supply of any service again or the payment for the cost of having any service supplied again.
(e) You indemnify AFP and its affiliated companies, and each of their directors, officers, employees and agents against any action, claim, loss or expense which it incurs which arises from your use of the Site.

Users will not use this site for any purpose or in any way which is unlawful.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New South Wales.
Prices that appear on this site are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) exclusive of GST.
After your billing and mailing address details are confirmed, you will be asked to provide payment details for your order. This will be done via the ANZ eGate facility.

Please note that credit cards are debited immediately for security purposes and to reduce the prospect of fraud. This will be done via the ANZ eGate facility. Please note we do not store your credit card details.

Delivery of AB+F Magazines will be through post at monthly intervals as per AB+F Magazine monthly issue.
Extended down time
In the unlikely event that the AB+F Online website should experience extended problems, that time will be credited to subscribers. Extended problems are defined as a period of greater than 1 week.
Christmas and New Year Magazine editions
AB+F Daily online is not produced over the Christmas/ New Year period due to office closure.

Termination of Subscription/Membership/Access to AB+F Online newsite:
Australian Financial Publications reserves the right to cancel, without notice or refund in whole or in part, the membership of any member who we discover is forwarding, copying and pasting, republishing, distributing or otherwise breaching the terms and conditions of AB+F.
Returns and refunds policy
Conference delegate transfers of registration and cancellations
Should a registered (paid) delegate be unable to attend the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, Australian Financial Publications permits transfer of registration to a colleague. All requests for transfers must be received in writing by email to email@example.com. We will make all refunds via EFT.
Cancellations received by Australian Financial Publications in writing at least 14 days prior the conference will be refunded the full amount paid, less a $100 administration fee.
Delegates who cancel within 14 days of the conference are liable for the full registration fee. No refunds will be given in this instance.
Magazine Subscription Cancellations
Subscribers acknowledge that AB+F has a “no refund” policy with respect to all subscriptions.
