Entering its 13th year of operation, RFi Group is excited to announce a number of strategic geographical promotions among its executive team, to its overall global strategy and to its extensive media offering.

In line with the Group’s commitment to having a sophisticated global digital presence, delivering the most valuable, actionable content for its clients, from October 2018, the Group’s current regional magazines (Australian Retail Banker, UK Retail Banker and The Asian Banking Monitor) will combine into a single global publication, The Global Banker, covering key trends across retail banking,  payments, SME banking and commercial banking. Combined with the Global Digital Banker Podcast, the new look publication will create an insightful, concise and informative media platform for the latest intelligence in banking and financial services from around the globe with a key focus on the digitsation of financial services. RFi Group’s AB+F magazine will also move to a digital-only platform from January 2019.

After founding the business in Sydney in 2006, CEO Charles Green has relocated to the UK to RFi Group’s EMEA HQ in London, to drive the rapid growth of RFi Group’s global markets. Eleanor Page has stepped into the role of Global Commercial Director, based in Singapore, overseeing sales and service for the group globally and leading the team responsible for building and maintaining client relationships across research, consulting and media.

Co-founder and Manager Director - Consulting, Alan Shields has moved to the position of Chief Product Officer, overseeing the design, roll-out and delivery of new syndicated and custom research products globally, while Alex Boorman moves from Head of Payments, to Managing Director – Consulting for the group.

Executive Leadership Team members Cyrielle Chiron, Gerald Ferguson and Victoria Bateman move on from their general manager positions to Managing Director of their respective regions, North and Latin America, Asia Pacific, and EMEA. Group Media Director, Chloé James, has relocated to RFi Group’s Toronto office to continue her work in the broadcast and conference media space, with a specific focus on building RFi Group’s brand in the Bay Area and USA East Coast.

In other movements, Amit Khan has relocated to RFi Group’s Singapore office as General Manager - Asia; Julien Wilson moves into the General Manager - Australia & New Zealand role; Andrew Kim is now Research Director - Asia; Hubert Petka, Research Director - EMEA; and Kate Wilson, Research Director - Australia & New Zealand.
