Moven Fintech Partnership Wins CANSTAR Award For Innovation Excellence

CashNav, Westpac New Zealand’s award-winning budget-tracking app, developed in partnership with Moven Enterprise was recently awarded CANSTAR’s 2017 Innovation Excellence Award. The award recognizes first-to-market financial innovations. Winners are selected from financial-related innovations launched over the past year, after being reviewed, assessed, and ranked by CANSTAR Researchers using a unique and sophisticated rating methodology.

CashNav was noted as the first integrated app in New Zealand to track finances and deliver spending insights. The free smartphone app provides Westpac customers with Moven’s signature money management tools that track and manage personal and family finances. Notable features include real-time notifications on purchases, categorized expenses so customers can track where spending goes, and a spending meter that colorfully displays spending data in an easy-to-use customer experience.

Westpac’s success with CashNav follows in the footsteps of Moven’s partnership with TD Bank on TD’s MySpend app, a companion app to TD’s mobile banking app that launched in April 2016. MySpend was noted as the first real-time mobile money management tool of its kind for a Canadian bank and has recently announced the app is close to 1 million users.

Moven Enterprise provides financial institutions with behavioral-based solutions that build trust and drive revenue with its unique customer-centric approach that connects them with their customers. CashNav’s CANSTAR Award For Innovation Excellence demonstrates Moven Enterprise’s commitment to providing successful results for its global fintech partnerships.
