Nomis at the RFi Group Mortgage Innovation Summit Sydney February 2017

Nomis Solutions (APAC) congratulates the winners of the annual Australian Lending Awards hosted by RFi. During last week’s gala awards ceremony, Damian Young, Nomis’ Managing Director of Nomis (APAC), presented the award for Best Customer Experience in Lending to Australia and New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ). The award recognises customer experience excellence in ANZ's mortgage process and innovative approach to mortgage application and fulfilment. 

"We congratulate ANZ, who have clearly excelled in their adoption of best customer practices in the design of their mortgage application and fulfilment process,” comments Young. “We were delighted to be asked to present this award because we recognise the centricity of the customer in the design and execution of product pricing and delivery. We wish ANZ every success in its future customer experience endeavours." 

The gala award ceremony was held during the Australian Mortgage Innovation Summit, which was attended by 250 of the top financial services representatives in Australia. At the conference, Young presented Nomis’ approach to using customer preference data in the pricing of banking products to enhance the customer experience and maximise the benefits for both the customer and the bank. Delegates had an opportunity to understand unique approaches to pricing developed globally by Nomis over the past decade. 

Nomis recently opened a regional office to provide local service to clients, including two large banks that are implementing its customer data-led technology solutions to improve the execution of product pricing across both mortgage and deposits portfolios. These solutions tackle both the front end, customer facing, product and price negotiation, as well as the back-end analytical pricing. 

“We are thrilled to be working with two of the leading banks in the region. We have seen remarkable progress to date in the streamlining and execution of pricing strategies in these banks, and we look forward to continuing our partnerships to improve the customer journey and end-to-end pricing strategies in the years to come.”
